Help me out.

I just got a mini mag from the world record game for real cheap. I was looking at it and noticed that the valve has "shocktech" on it. I took it home, and shot it (with CO2-not good) The balls shot like 20 feet, so i concluded that the valve might be the retro since that valve has to have compressed air. Did shocktech make a vavle for mags? Is this valve the retro? I am gonna try it out on some compressed air soon and that should tell me for sure.

Well, what does it say on the valve. A retro valve is annoed black on teh reg. And says Retro on it. Any other vavle will say what type of valve it is printed right on the side of the valve.

The back is anoed black, and it says 68 automag but the "omag" is cut off and then it says a-dvanced in small letters and located ontop of it, it says "shocktech" with the shotech logo.

What you have is the shocktech 8-hole mod. It is a differant reg back for the automag. It doesn't do anything for preformance.

Thanks guys, i just adjusted the reg- stupid me! The gun works great now, and soon i will have a awesome paintball machine. I will be sure to post pics later on when i get some new stuff.
