    trigger pull hints

Hi All, I just got a MiniMag. My first new PPgun in 13 years! The gun is great, but I am having problems pulling the trigger. I choped a couple of balls my first day out. I think i'm pulling the trigger wrong. Does anyone have any tips for me.
P.S. the manual to the gun says Level 7. I see that Level 10 is out. What did I miss with 8 and 9?

For the trigger, use in in almost the same way as you would a cocker trigger. Pull all the way and release all the way. This can hinder you in getting a good string out when you are learning the trigger, but, given time, you will find it one of the most comfortable out there. If double finger is your thing, i suggest (as do almost all AOers) buying the AGD intelliframe, simply because of the quality of the product and how crisp the trigger feels.

As for levels 8 and 9, I don't believe (unless people are holding out on me) that they ever were made. I would suggest upgrading to level 10 ($85). The level ten manipulates the bolt cycle so as to make chopping balls nearly impossible. It replaces the internals in the power tube and the bolt.

Hope this helps, have fun with the gun.

P.S. Where do you play? I am in nyc alot and I have never seen any signs of paintball.

      Thanks Fro.

I've played at a small field in Staten Island a couple of times, and I went out to Long Island last weekend. I'm from Miami, and played there religiously until I came up here for grad school.

Correct me if I am wrong but aren't 8 and 9 the RT and the Emag? That's what I have gathered...

              ok if I paid attention:
level 5-very first mag prototype, practically nonexistant
              level 6-first production automags
level 7- All current automags and minimags
              level 8- Rt equiped mags
              level 9-emags
              level 10- Bolt/powertube upgrade
