Erratic Velocity?

Alright guys, here's one for you. I have a stock AutoMag, running a Crossfire 88ci 3000psi - preset tank. SmartParts AA 14" Stainless barrel, with decent Paint match. When I chronoed this weekend, I would get a 20-30 fps difference in velocity between balls. Not necessarily first shot hot either, I have replaced the Reg Seat. Any ideas? Very confusing. Need more info? Please let me know.

My mag velocity jumps 20-30 fps too. One time it was 274 and the next shot was 308 fps...???

My RT valve did that once, it gets retarded liek that if your reg is dirty. open it up and give it a good clean, either that or you needa new seat.
