Smart Parts...
I would advise a Smart Parts 14" Big Daddy. It used to be called the "All American Teardrop," It costs roughly $112 to $130. It's quiet, accurate, and looks mean on your gun.

I agree with PotatoBoy, get the J&J Ceramic.
My PERSONAL OPNION (please no flames
)
The 14" all american. ok average joe barrel. A small metalic clink sound travels down the barrel when firing. I use this as my "beater" barrel.
The DYE 14" (i forgot the name, but it looks like all american. not the boom stick). Over priced poo poo. I honestley think the consumer pays $50 just for the DYE logo. It performed worse than the all american.
The 32* carbon fiber 14". Nice tight fight with the marbliser paint ball that I use. Very quiet (because I feel that there is no metal revereb). The only bad thing is the weght savings by using carbon fiber is blown apart by the stainless steel mating surface. Good barrel, you get what you pay for.
The J&J ceramic 14" Awesome,Awesome,Awesome. Its light(lighter than the carbon fiber), quiet (because no metal, and porting), accurate (nice paintball match marbelser), and best of all ITS CHEAP!
of course you could always buy my 8" armiston rifled barrel. As soon as I stop using it as a post hole digger.
see you in my sightsMiniMag
ANS Phase 2
Custom ELCD frame (yes it works fine..knock on wood)
Custom foward grip
Quick disconnect remote line.

I've got a 12" J&J that I like...but I find my 14" Dye Stainless more accurate. The J&J is a little quieter but that doesn't matter to me...I like everyone knowing where I am!!Jesus Saves....and it don't cost you a dime! Accept Him and you will be saved.

Personally I use an Armason Stealth and love the barrel. If you have friends that have any of the types of you are interested in purchasing you might want to try sweet talking them into loaning you thier barrel for a couple of games, or if you are in really, REALLY, good with the field owner they might let you try one of thiers out. Good luck in your search. Oh as stated earlier the Freak set is really good.

i have been hearing quite a bit about the j&j ceramic who ever has used it how good can you justify it being does it break paint, how acurate the main reason i want a new barrel is im sick of wasting paint on not being accurate enough and just wasting alot of paint on nothing thanks

I have a 14" Boomstick and like the accuracy, its also pretty quiet. It also matches my chrome 2x Dye frame and my polished body.

Admittedly, I have a barrel fettish. I have a 12" All American, A 14" J&J ceramic and a 16" Stealth. I just bought a 14" Boomstick but have not had a chance to use it yet. At this point, the J&J is my favorite using Proball Platinum, I had several one-shot eliminations using this setup over the weekend. The Stealth is easy on cheaper paint, I shot about 800 rounds of 32 degrees comp
and had no ball breaks last month. The J&J will allow you to shoot through a break while you are screwed until you squeege with the Stealth.

Haha my Minimag stock barrel has worked amazing all this time with no ball breaks! That's funny...but I also have a Smart Parts AA 14 and a CP 16! They are both amazing barrels when you get the right barrel to paint match! That's what it's all about...barrel to paint...but having a really cool looking barrel is part of it too.
Also the quality can affect the accuracy. Like Spyder Stock Shutter barrels are terrible (I know from crappy experience!), and the Minimag stock worked really well.
AA's are nice and so are CP's. If you got the cash...FREAK is all I have to say."If everything is under control your not moving fast enough."
