reg. piston?

how do i get the reg piston out.

easy

just unscrew the velocity adjuster and tap the the piece anainst a table or sumthing it should fall right out.

If it sticks, unscrew the two halves of the valve, take off the reg seal and push the piston backwards with a matchstick.
