Lvl 10 at 250 fps?

I've heard that the lvl 10 leaks and doesn't work it's best at 250ish and below. my feild limit is 250. should the lvl 10 work fine?

Just use the shortest spring. You can try cutting some more off of the middle length spring that comes in the kit, but you need to make sure it will work reliably at 250fps.

I dont know about everyone else, but my mag wasnt even working properly at 280 with the mid spring. Use the small spring like Black said. It'll work great.

well here goes my 250fps limit setups.... that i have to use for my local indoor field.....

on my minimag valve....
0.5 carrier, 2 shims and short spring..... i tried the med spring but could not get it below 260fps be fore it would get bolt stick or just not fire..... this is running on co2


on my retro valve.....
1.5 carrier, 2 shims, med sring.... this is with 1200psi going into the valve.... also tried it with a preset and had to change to the shorter spring....

both of these worked fine for me... and 2day was the first day out with the mini runnin co2.... no probs all day
