i usually take it apart completely to clean the body rail and main body, is there some way to shoot it under water to clean it.. wont it rust?

You can shoot it under water, but its not a good idea. I would imagine it is possible to end up with some water in there. You can put it in a bucket of water to clean it off, when its gassed up to clean it, but you generally don't want to do that unless you have to. I would say continue to do what your doing.
