Anyone who knows how a automag works??

i bought a used automag a weak ago and now this problem.
In my automag there is a little metallring that i think have the role to hold back the boltspring. There is just a hole for the bolt to pass. The ring is sitting just back the hole were you feed balls. After that i have shoot a few balls, this ring has moved forward and the pipe out of its track. I hope you understand better now

Your explanation is a bit confusing, and i'm assuming your question is how to make it stop doing that.

I think i know what "ring" your talking about, and it isn't supposed to move, ever...
I'm not quite sure where it is moving though, do you have to push it back, if it was loose i dont think your mag would be working.

Thats about as much as i can say with your explanation, and what i say could be wrong.

You can se it on the pictures, Its the metallring that makes the spring to push the bolt back again. On the pictures there is just a pipe but on my mag there is a little "ring"

            is it this?

that ring makes it so the bolt spring doesnt rest against the barrel... it should be firmly attached to the body

that is... if that piece is what your talking about

send it to AGD, they'll probably replace it.

call up AGD and see what they say to do...
If you do end up sending it in (Call them first)... you probably would only have to send the main body in...
