Hyper-frames and the stock A.I.R valve

Somewhere I saw that the stock valve for an automag will give you shoot down from 10-20fps at firing speeds above 3bps. I usually shoot my mag at a top speed of 6bps and don't notice any shoot down. But if I add a hyper-frame will I get a lot of noticeable shoot down if I am shooting 11bps with the stock air valve

Also, I have seen the movies at odysseypaintball.com, and didn't see much soot down. However, the target they were shooting at was not very far away, so this didn't tell me if I would get shoot down at high speeds of shooting with a similar setup as they had in the movie.

No, you got it wrong. The Automag A.I.R valve does not get noticeable shootdown until after 10BPS, not 3. With a Hyperframe shooting over 10BPS you will get shootdown but you may not notice it if you are a front man and aren't shooting a long ranges, besides I dont think you even need to set it that high, I think 8bps would be fine because you may chop at 11. well just my 2 cents

The guy who is making the HALO loader put a modified hyperframe and a halo on an otherwise totally stock mag. He put the thing in FA at 16bps. You really couldnt see any shootdown on the video.... the AIR valve can handle much more than it often gets credit for. Oh, and there is a website where you can download that video. You'd have to do a search for it though, I cant remember what the URL was.
