i scored a 3000 flatline for free, the on off switch doesnt work. how do i go about fixing that, is that something agd would take care of? easy fix or what? thanks for the help

That's typically something that AGD needs to fix. Just call them up, register it and get an RMA to send it in and they'll take care of it.
