old style max-flow question

i unscrewed the cap and the stuff inside popped out before i could see how it went together. so do i put it back together like this

It should go into the endcap in this order: the metal sintered disk, the white washer, the spring, the black thing, and the metal pin thingy with the rounded side pointing towards the regulator main body
