    Question about the spring-pack

I ordered one from agd and i was wondering if i should put some kind of greese on it or just put paintball gun oil on it. Oh yeah, it hasnt come in yet so does it come with greese on it?

Not paintball oil, you need some time of grease just to keep it from rusting.

Axle grease, silicone grease, something like that. Anything that is thick and won't drip off.

I use silicone vacuum grease on the spring pack, just because its the same stuff I use on my reg nut

Its thick, and sticky, and generally nasty to work with. But it works great

I used high temp bearing grease (like the kind you get at AUTOZONE or DISCOUNT AUTO.) and it seems to work fine.. as stated you want something that will "stick" to the springpack and keep it from getting moisture/paint on it. It's not for lubrication purposes, it's for protection.

use grease not vaseline. vaseline has petroleum which you dont want anywhere near your o'rings.

Just use greese, all that it is there for is to keep the spring pack from rusting. You could get away with oil, but would have to redo it fairly often. Just use the greese thordic told you to.
