    could someone please tell me what is the best input pressure for a 'mag?

    anything over 700psi and you should be fine.....

    though 800-850 is deemed good for a regular mag valve....

    and for a retro 700 on up is good.... as the input directly effects how much kickback is in the trigger.....

    both valves have built in regulators that bring the pressure down to 325-425psi depending on your setup to achieve the fps needed to play...

      does any one know for sure what pressure co2 is at? i have been told everywhere from 1200psi to 800psi. i can't get hpa filled in my area and need to know what psi to set my external reg at.

        Co2 is always changing, depending on if it's hot/cold the tank can output 600-1200 usually its around 800.

        The A.I.R. needs about 375psi to operate so you'll be fine as long as you keep liquid out of the valve.

        The best way to do this is by getting a palmer stabilizer. Nothing else compares.
