E-mag charger question

After running my emag battery all the way down, when I plug in the charger it shows red on the LED for only about 3 seconds before the light turns green. I know the battery cannot be getting charged back up in 3 seconds.

Does this mean that the charger is prematurely resetting from full charge mode to trickle charge mode for some reason? Does this sound like a charger issue or perhaps a battery problem?

I had the same problem, It's your charger. Contact AGD and they should be able to sort it for you (Thanks to John and Jackie AGDEurope for sorting mine )

When you say they "sorted" it for you, do you mean they replaced/repaired the charger for you or gave you instructions or parts to fix the difficulty yourself?
