Question about Barrels and O-rings.

Someone at my field mentioned that I might want to dab a bit of oil on to the O-rings on my barrel once in awhile.

Is this something that should be done on a regular basis?

Or should I ignore it?

A little oil once in a while, will let the O-rings slide inside the body easier. This will prevent the barrel from getting stuck. Some guys use light (very) grease too

No wonder I almost had my eye poked out, while trying to take my barrel out the other day...
