Help with my Rt

Hi, i just bought a RT and am kinda new to them...

I was thinking of buying a crossfire 68/3000/850 preset

will that be to much pressure for the gun? i was told to look for a adjustable one but they are kinda out of my price range.

What would you get?

It will be just fine, most of us use a preset tank anyway, i use a 68/4500 crossfire and it works great. The only reason you would want an adujstable tank is so you could change your trigger reactiveness by the input preasure, but 850psi is the ideal range really.

Well, Aceman already gave you all the info you need, but I figured I'd let you know what another RT owner used. I have a Pure Energy 68ci 4500psi and it works great on my RT. I don't really know price comparisons, but it might be something to look into if you're looking for the cheapest. I absolutely love my tank.

And finally I will share my side as having had both the preset tanks and currently I have an 88ci Smart Parts 4500psi tank and I REALLY like the ability to tweak my trigger. Not only can I set how hard it kicks back but I can set how easy it is for me to kick into full auto rapid fire which of course decimates your opponents

Bottom line is that you will be paying a bunch more the adjustable tank and it's only worth it if you want to tweak your settings. I would look for someone like me who has spent the money and ask to try it out.

I will probably buy a cheap preset tank then when i get some cash get a adjustable.

FYI- I have a steel 68/3000 Crossfire preset. Works great! (will work better on my Emag come wed. )
