AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
I just received my Retro valve upgrade and I'm pretty excited. Now can anyone give me some helpful tips on these babies. About the spacers and anything else I need to know to have it run at peak level.
Thanks
Just keep her well-lubed! Oh, and dont forget about an adjustable tank. They arent necessary, but if the retro is too reactive, you'll need to drop the input pressure. I run mine off of a preset with no problems, but others might not be so lucky.
700psi is fine. On the other hand, I've got mine on a preset that's around 800-850psi and I really like the reactivity. Plenty of kick-back without any run-away action.

So setting the pressure at 800-850 would make the trigger more reactive? So thats it in regards to the retro valve, set the right pressure and keep her oiled.
