    valve lubrication

The manual says to put some drops of oil into the nearest air inlet or something and to put grease on the spring pack and piston o-ring...but should i put some oil on the bolt or anything else?

Nope...the air in the line will get everything it needs to get. Do it often.

    The bolt needs no oil.

And the spring pack rarely does need any thing. Just make sure there is some on there to prevent rusting is all. It's not there to lubricate, just to seal out moisture and prevent rust. Any Grease will do.

oh and one more thing (non related). The online mag manual says you can put the regulator seat on backwards and carefully re-assemble your valve...but ive heard putting it backwards will screw your velocity up? So does putting the reg seat backwards affect anything other than that it will fall out really easily?

I store all my mags in a 5 gallon bucket of Crisco I picked up at Costco. It kinda sucks having to lick it all off before the games, but it does keep them shiny...
