    Retro Valvle

Can someone explain what the Retro Valve does? Also what does it improve (Or supposed to improve). And is it worth the $200? Thanks for your help.

This is AGD's description of the RT Valve

Lighter weight with hyper fast recharge makes this our most popular upgrade! The reactive trigger actually pushes your finger back after firing each shot! Shootdown is gone forever and the gas flows into the chamber so fast you can feel the valve heat up after a long string. Comes with everything you see here and is a direct replacement for the standard Mag valve. Slide it right in and go to town!

One thing that was left out of the summary was that retro valves help reduce or possibly eliminate short stroking. This is because of the rapid recharge rate. Even if you don't completely release the trigger, the valve recharges during the brief moment that the on/off opens even during a short stroke.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
