Warp On/Off???

Hey,

Is it possible to hook a warp up with an on/off switch, like the switch on the revvy? It would be much more effecent and wouldnt drain a battery so quickly......

so if any one know how, could they please post up some directions and the specific type of on/off switch ( i was a t radio shack today, and they have like 10 different switches that all look the same).

any help would be greatly appreciated,

get the switch that is a 12v regulator. goto the warp info thread to see how to connect it.

Pigsweat and i did it to his warp feed, and another good mod to do to it at the same time is the dual battery mod.

We also gutted the shells, taped them off and spraypainted black the internals (cuse if we did the outside the paint would chip) it was a clear purple warp, so when the paint started to rub off where the wheel was inside we could used it as a windo to tell if there was any paint in it. really a cool mod.

But ssk Pigsweat, he's really good with those kinda things.

i put a switch and an led in mine. I put in the motor/board side of the warp case just below the motor. I know how to do the 12v mod now, but mine doesn't fit inside the warp case with batteries (i'm powering mine off my emag)

If you just want to get a switch, then find whatever small one you like and wire it up to the battery leads. I would reccomend doing at least a 2x 9v in parallel mod. With that and a switch, the batts would last near forever.
