I need help with my shocker

Ok, let me just say this, it's hard to find help with a shocker, Smart Parts never called me back, and i need help fast. So here is my problem (well actually story) Ok, first my bolt didn't move at all, i retimed it, now the bolt moves, but air comes outta the air assist port and not outta the bolt. Help would be appreciated.

hmmm not sure, im guessing you tried cleaning oiling your pistons and noids? check all your solder connections? complete dissassembly and check bolt sleeve? just a few thoughts, hope this helps
