I KNOW THIS HAS PROBABLY BEEN COVERED A 100 TIMES. I HAVE A AUTOMAG THAT IS LEAKING OUT OF THE ALLEN HOLE ON THE VELOCITY ADJUSTER. JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME SOME IDEAS ON WHAT COULD BE WRONG. I DID A SEARCH FIRST AND COULD NOT FIND ANY INFO. IVE HAD THE GUN 3 YEARS BUT AM NOT TO FAMILIAR WITH LITTLE PROBS LIKE THIS BECUASE I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY.. THE GUN HAS WORKED FLAWLESS UP UNTIL THIS.

YOUR VELOCITY IS TURNED UP TOO HIGH. DO YOU HAVE LEVEL 10 IN THE GUN? TRY TURNING DOWN YOUR VELOCITY.

Check, reg seat. See if it has dirt on it, has a hole in it or is otherwise mutilated. You might need to get a new parts kit. In case you don't know, when you take your valve apart, and are screwwing off the back of the valve(regulator) the reg seat is the plastic looking oring(it is fat.)Comment

If it's a classic valve, replace the reg seat if you're going to open the valve up - you shouldn't reuse classic reg seats after unscrewing the valve.Comment

THANKS FOR THE INFO .. I HAVE A PARTS KIT AND I WILL TRY THE REG SEAT. THE FUNNY THING IS THE VELOCITY WAS TO HIGH AND IT ONLY STARTED LEAKING WHEN WE TURNED IT DOWN. JUST THOUGHT THIS WAS ODD..ALSO I WAS USING COMPRESSED AIR WITH NO PROBS THEN RAN OUT AND WENT TO C02 AND THE PROB STARTED. I DONT HAVE A LEVEL 10 JUST A STOCK VALVE.i alone am best you all must dieComment

When you unscrew the two halves, you change the sealing alignment on the reg. seat and reg. valve pin. Read the classic thread on reg. seats for more info.
groundscr8pr- Try turning down the velocity and if it won't shoot around 300fps without leaking or it starts leaking after sitting for awhile, replace the reg. seat.Comment

Well, maybe the CO2 was warm, and it pushed your velocity up too high which made the valve start venting again?ALSO I WAS USING COMPRESSED AIR WITH NO PROBS THEN RAN OUT AND WENT TO C02 AND THE PROB STARTED. I DONT HAVE A LEVEL 10 JUST A STOCK VALVE.

SHIROW YOU ARE PROBABLY RIGHT. I NEVER USE C02 ON THE GUN AND MY VELOCITY IS NEVER CHANGED CUASE I NORMALY USE AIR.IAM GOING TO CHANGE THE REG SEAT ANYWAY AND GET MY AIR FILLED AND SEE WHAT HAPPEN.
