ive read a bit about foamies should i have 1 or is it more of an optional item if so would you recomend 1?

they dont do much, it depends on the bolt you have. As for the level 10 bolt, you need the foamie there cause without it you'll get a lot of mechanical ball bobble(the foamie takes up so much room that without it the ball doesnt have the right placement so the ballstack above sits lower till you fire throwing the ballstack up)... -
Wow, I never knew about that with the lvl 10 bolt. Good thing since mine's arriving tomarrow. The kit comes with about 2 extra fomies but the fomie is really sticking on good so you don't really need to order a whole bunch, mine hasen't fallen off yet after about a couple cases of paint yet.
set up: Micro e-mag with 32 degree chrome flame drop, Level 10, 88/4500 crossfire, 12 in CP, 32 degree whisper and ARADUS 14in barrel, EVO II.

I got an ANS PhaseII foamie bolt with my retromag but it was hard to keep a foamie on the bolt. I tried everything from superglue to epoxy and everytime i chopped they would come off. I started using it without the foamie but it would break everything except for marbs. I then switched to a stock bolt and even without the foamie it's way more easy on paint than that ANS. If your foamie does fall off (mine did), glue it on w/shoo-goo, or barge cement. That, 550 cord and 100mph tape (duct tape to the rest of ya) can fix ANYTHING.Comment
