    building a mag...

I am currently in the process of putting together a mag. I had one about two years ago and loved it but was forced to sell it to buy my first car (how many people have done that?) I guess I'm just looking for feedback. Anything you think i could use? Anything you think I don't really need? let me know.

So far i have the following parts:

dark blue Benchy double finger frame
    acid blue body rail
    acid blue vert adaptor
    acid blue bottomline ASA\
    Blue gas thru grip
dye stickys (dont seem to want to fit on benchy frame)
    32 degrees velocity adjuster

These parts are on the way

    Minimag (stock)
    J&J non-ported nickel barrel
    8" TASO pro series
    Lapco autospirit (maybe)
    Level 10 kit
    chrome vert feed minimag body
    chrome shark gill sight rail
    Parts kit
68ci 4500psi ACI bulldog preset nitro tank

I think that is about it. I am still looking for the right dropforward and a J&J ceramic 14" barrel. I also got a couple questions. I was told by a pretty smart dude that the mags AIR valve works as its' regulator. So i don't need to buy another reg? And, what is the premium operating pressure for a mag on nitro, I've heard 800-900psi and the bulldog tank is preset to around 870 so i was thinking I'm probably all set, just wanted to confirm. Any feedback you can give me would be helpful.

    Thanks

    Steve

        about building a MAG...

That's right--the Automag's AIR (Advanced Integrated Regulator) serves as its regulator and there is no need to buy another. It would be cool if you could supply some pics of the gun you are building when its finished!
        Hope this helps,
        Aaron

I'm all set with the electro triggers for now. I am a pump player at heart and rate of fire was never really anything that concerned me too much. Iwill try and get some pics up when i have it set up the way i want it. I have gotten everything but the gun itself, level 10 kit, and the possible lapco barrel off of E-bay. cheap money.

          Later,

The Iframe is not realy a electronic trigger. It is a standard 45 type trigger frame with the option to add a microswitch to interface with a motorized hopper. It is still 1 pull 1 shot no batterys required. As for the AIR valve it is a regulator, adding another regulator will only cause airflow restrictions. Good Luck
