Level 10 short stroke

Just got my Retro Valve working and installed my lvl 10 kit
I am getting very high levels of short stroking.... I can fire about 2 shots off before getting the Pssst sound without paint... When I had it on my stanard AIR Valve in it was working like a champ, currently i am using the 1.5 and 2 shims.. any suggestions out there??

** Regarding the issue I had with needign the parts kit for the retro valve and the strange issues I had.. Thank everyone for you help and energy, the problem ended up being the trigger rod piece (forgot the name) it would not reach all the way

Let's start here.

What size spring are you using? Have you chronoed the gun yet and if not, have you increased the velocity setting after you installed the level 10? Use lots of oil on the bolt stem, especially until the o-ring is broken in.

I ended up playing today and was able to get the kit to function as is should.. What a amazing addition to the mag!
Just took ALOT of tinkering but I think all is well now..
