When you install new o-rings in a mag, make sure you use plenty of good quality airtool lubricant. This will help to provide a good seal. Dry fire the gun with the barrel off to blow out any excess oil. This will probably solve your leak out of the on/off assembly. The on/off pin is stainless steel and its pretty tough so I doubt it is scratched.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts. -
Is there anyway that you can e-mail me a picture of the mini-mag valve ( A picture that shows every part and describes what it does ) I have had mine for awhile and have lost the movie that comes with it !! I am also looking in to getting a 2 fingered, electronic tigger and suggestions ?Comment

You should be able to get your mag valve working. The beauty of the mag is is simplicity. In extreme cases of failure, when you can't seem to find the solution, call AGD and arrange to send the valve to them for repair. AGD tech and customer service is excellent.
