Can you consider an Emag with 13500 shots new?

I bought a brand new Emag still in the box advertised. I get it and it has approx 13500 shots on the counter. I doesn't look like it has been played with, but it has probably had air thru it, should I throw a stink? I got it for $630.00. I contacted the store and they say it's not a big deal all our guns are tried by our customers. I don't consider this a new gun. Also, should I be able to hear the solenoid clicking as I cycle the trigger without air, I have never cycled the trigger without air before, just curious, any info helpful.

13500 is pretty new, think about it this way, it's under 7 cases of paint. After owning one, I know I put 2k of shots on it just playing with the trigger. The solenoid should click even if you have no air, it is still going to actuate the sear, regardless of propellant.

For $630, It couldnt be brand new, but pretty new. Don't make him buy you a new rail because theres a scratch on it. If I could get one for that price, I would take it even if it was all scratched up. I'd just get it powdercoated.

I can't wait till Friday!!! I picked up a E-mag as well, but mine was off ebay for $650 with 3000 shots ran thru it , with level 10 and freak barrel. Whoo hoo , Also the guy said mine has a scratch on the sight rail, it's not really a big deal though. I'd rather have a small scratch than have to pay an extra couple hundred bucks for a new
E-mag then extra for the other things with it. Just think of the couple hundred bucks your saving, you can use that towards an N2 system or other gear if you haven't already.

The solenoid won't always click, sometimes the plunger gets stuck down and doesnt come back up if theres no air, it wont click when that happens...its not a problem though.
