Well , you're already have a Palmer right? Try using it and compare without a Palmer. If you don't see a different , just use it. At least it helps you as a fore grip. So this means , your gun will have 3 stages reg ( 1 at A.I.R. 2 at Palmer and 3 on your HP tank). But most of players are recommended to use only 2 stages reg.... that's enough. Just try by yourself. -
keep it on. if you notice shootdown when shooting fast, take it off.

If you are using only HPA, then take it off. If you are switching between Co2 and HPA then leave it on, unless you notice severe shootdown with HPA.
