    E-mag solenoid problems

Well I just got another E-mag and this ones got a problem.

when you pull the yellow pin out to turn the gun on the gun powers up like normal, I can scroll though all the functions everything is fine. When I pull the trigger the solenoid doesn't click and the lower button is worthless... I get garbage on the display.

    Anyone got a clue?

Try moving the magnet in the trigger away from the sensor. My gun does the same thing if the computer does not reboot in a normal state.

Put the gun in manual mode, with the battery pin removed and hold the trigger back all the way. If the single pixel stops flashing about every three seconds, then you need to adjust the magnet position in E-Mode. If the pixel keeps flashing with the trigger all the way back, then you need to reverse the magnet in the center of the trigger. The polarity is switched and that's why it's not going off.

If none of that works, then make sure that the HES connector is plugged in and that the HES chip isn't covered in paint. Despite those black covers being there, paint always seems to find its way in there.

Thanks Black. A little off topic, the oil that post with your signature is the best that I have ever used.

        Thanks,
