    On/Off Pin Length

Does anyone know the correct length for the on/off pin on the E-mag?

My E-mag has always worked flawlessly until yesterday. Then out of no where the gun starts leaking down the barrell and will not fire. I took apart the entire valve and rebuilt it. I'm very familiar with the workings of the valve and I know it's assembled correctly. The on/off pin however does not seem to be long enough now to engage the sear. Is it possible i've seared off the on/off pin and now it's too short? Mine is 9/16" in length. By the pictures and video it appears it should be longer.

    Any help would be great.

Stock E-mag pin length is .712"

I'd imagine if you had somehow or another shortened the on/off pin you'd be able to visibly see it....

I saw that .712" measurement on the E-mag parts list, but just wanted to double check. My pin is almost 3/16" shorter then .712". I know you would think you could tell by looking at the pin but it's such a clean break you can't tell. The pin is not bent or anything. The end of the pin just looks like it has some wear marks but it obviously a stress break then. And no I have never messed with it.

Thanks for the help, Looks like I'll have to call AGD to get a replacement.

          Thanks again AGD...

Yup, sure enough, I talked to tech support and it's the on/off pin. They are sending out a new one ASAP, free of charge. I don't know how anyone can ever complain about AGD and there products and/or services. This is the third time they have helped me out free of charge and with polite service. I guess that's why both my guns and air tanks say AGD on them. Thanks to JJ (from the tech line)and to AGD...
