my revy is busted, would this make it all better?....

well my revy now spins even when a ball is in the way (if i block the sensor with my finger it does stop though). i remember reading a big picture story of how to hook an intelliframe to make the revy spin whenever the trigger is pulled. when i buy an intelliframe and do that hookup stuff will the revy ONLY spin when the trigger is pulled, or will it still spin when there is not a ball in the way?

if it only spins when the trigger is pulled that would fix my little problem. and i want an intelliframe anyways. and could someone link that other post with the picture story? i looked briefly but couldnt find it.
