RT Valves - Only Aluminum?

Hi All,
I was curious, does AGD only make the RT Valve in the black anodized aluminum reg? I was wondering if they make and all stainless version as well. I know this topic has been discussed before, but if I remeber correctly, it was just 'Why black annodized aluminum?' Just wondering.

Yes, the AGD RT and ReTro Valve regulator halves are aluminum and hard anodized black. As far as I know, they dont make a 100% Aluminum RT valve, though if im not mistaken, they are working on either a completely aluminum valve, whether its an A.I.R. valve or an RT valve, im not sure. Hope this helps some.

I've heard that they actually get hot when they work. So perhaps it has to be Aluminum, as Al radiates heat much better than Stainless.

As far as their choice of color, what is cooler than black?!

I don't remember why it's aluminum but TK said that it had to be hard anodized and that only comes in a certain shade of green and black.

actually, TK said that they made a few titanium Retros, but since they were no lighter then the real ones they accidentally got put ino a gun and sent off... there's like 10 of them he said.
