Cleaning an Apocalypse Reg *help*

it's time to clean my Air America Apocalypse 68/45 ... I see how to take it apart and all, but I don't know if there is a special way to go about cleaning everything...

like what to use, how to do it..
a little help would be nice, cause I'm going to clean it this afternoon... Thanks
