Aftermarket valve internals tend to do nothing but waste your money, and potentially hinder the operation of your valve.
The way it usually works is, AGD designs and tests their components to allow for the best air flow, and performance.
Most of the time AGD ends up making it a stock feature in their valves, where as aftermarket companies drill and hack holes in parts they have made as 'replacement' valve upgrades, which tend to not be up to AGD specs and quality, which is why they can potentially lead to problems depending on how the specs heppen to be on the part you bought.
From what ive heard from others experiences, most of the time you'll either get one that ends up dying on you, or rendering the marker inoperable while the part is installed, or work just as well as the stock AGD one.
Though, you do hear occasionally of the part performing as its suppose to, but I tend to feel that its mostly mind over matter, than anything. It's amazing how the mind can make something 'seem' somethings there, when its really not. however, to each their own
In my opinion, a stock AGD valve is as good as it's going to get, and the only real valve upgrade is the AGD ReTro Valve.Comment

The reactor valve does absolutely nothing for your 'Mag!! The only valve I have seen to make a diferrence is the Galactic Z valve, and all that does is make your trigger pull a bit lighter!! Oveall, save your money and go Retro!!!E-Mag's on a diet

Ok I will probaly get a lot of crap for this but on the older mags they do help. I will stress the OLDER MAGS! I have one on my mag and love it but it was bought new in 95, some time since my mag was made AGD redesigned there on/off set. The Reactor valve wont help if you have the newer style on/off, If you have the older on/off you could just buy the new style AGD set for like half the price of a Reactor valve set(they are very close in design)Great Traders: RogueFactor,DoobieComment

the X-Valve is in all regards, a ReTro Valve, except its made completely out of aluminum, and comes standard with Level 10. it should be available in a couple weeks, not sure on price, though they will still be honoring the "Go ReTro" program with the X-Valves. Hope this helps. Try doing a forum search.Originally posted by ALF702
