    benchmark frames for micros?

I have 2 micro mags, one older one and a 2000. My buddy has an even older micro here too.

My questions is about the 5 benchmark frames we have. Are they micro specific or do they fit standard automags as well.

Frames 1&2; Proteam single trigger (ST) off of older micros, they have a vee shape that cradles the body. Will not fit M2K. Will they fit a AGD rail? \___/

Frame 3; benchy 2 finger (2F) came with oldest micro, NIB is flat topped reversed vee, it will fit into frames 1&2, body sits on top. AGD rail? ____
    / \
Frame 4; benchy 2F came bolted to M2K (all guns were used before we got them) vee shaped like 1&2 DID NOT FIT M2K that it was bolted to but fits older micros. \___/

Frame 5; Proteam M2K factory ST frame, flat topped, slab side (no vee either way) fits all guns listed. ____

Your frames 1 and 2, I believe are specific to their micromag because the "v" \_____/ straddle the body and hold the sear pin in place. Mine aren't labeled as Benchmark, they are made by Gun F/X. When I put on a Benchmark 2Finger for an automag, the pin slid right out. I now keep mine in with silicone, but if anyone has a better suggestion, I'm listening. I don't know about the other frames.

The oldest micro had that problem with frame #3 that came on it. Since my buddy likes 2F triggers I drilled and tapped 6-32 hole in the side of hole the pin goes into. You will need to drill from the bottom upwards. I then put a set screw in. This gives you a removeable cross pin to hold in your sear pin. Don't drill to deep, you want to stay out of the inside so the screw will bottom out. before that he just put teflon tape on the pin to jam it.
