Coupla questions for y'all. First, is the star warranty system in effect for Emags? I have not been able to locate any stars on my Emag. Second, what is the average turnaround time for a marker sent in to get fixed (from time it gets to AGD to the time it gets back to your door)? I don't need a specific amount of time..just an average. THanks all!

The star system is not for the EMag. If you have a problem with your EMag, call AGD and they will make it right!!
