Are you absolutely sure the main spring and sear are in perfect condition?

Set the main spring up beside your bolt. Is it longer than the bolt? Is it right at the same heighth? If it is, might want to replace it.

Check the sear very carefully. If it's scratched up, got worn out edges, or is anything other than perfect, that could be causing your problem.

Also, when you gas up your gun, is there any distance between the trigger rod and the trigger? It should be about a credit card's width space.

Is it an old style RT, or RT Pro?
Don't think of it as being outnumbered, think of it as a wide target selection.

daos, what do u mean by length of the bolt? do u mean the overall length or just the part the spring slides on to?
and its a less than a year old rt pro, so it has the intelliframe

Your on/off pin may have broken. If you have calipers, it should be .765" long (just over 3/4").

what he means is. If you set your bolt on a table with the spring on it. the spring shold be longer than the bolt by about 1/2 inch or so.
