    This might sound increadably dumb

Is there any way to send my 68 Mag to AGD and have them convert it to an emag? Or should I do it the old way and sell my gun then get an emag?

Im not dumb I just sound like it .

theres no such thing as a conversion to an emag. You have to do it the old fasion way

actually you can convert a standard mag into an e-mag. you just have to buy the grip and the battery holder/battery. I dont know if it would be cost effective.....but it is posible :)

also make sure you have the RT valve already. the standard valve may not keep up.

not that many people can hit 16BPS, so i doubt he will need a retro.

unless you are really keen on using hybrid mode or can't life those few extra ounces, i would just leave the classic valve on there.

but then a gain, hybrid mode would pose no advantages...no RT trigger in a classic valve :)

that's what i mean.. if you really want the hybrid mode, then you need to have a retro valve in there. If you don't care to use hybrid mode then you don't need a retro valve

you just have to buy the grip and the battery holder/battery
the grip/battery/battery holder wont work without an emag/rtp rail, along with the correct sear....when all is said and done, you could buy an emag for the same price, if not cheaper.

I believe that AGD still offers the e-mag upgrade. The only drawback is the price, you can pick up a used e-mag for around the same price. Try doing a search on the subject, I remember someone doing this upgrade not too long ago.

I dunno if they are still doing the upgrade... but I don't think this matters. Honestly... I'd upgrade to X-Valve/Intelliframe and be happy, or sell equipment and buy EMag outright.
