How many shots can one expect with the new x-mag

I'm thinking about getting back into the mag world. I was wondering about how many shots I could get off a x-mag. Basicaly it is just a r/t with the level 10 kit right....more or less. If someone with that type of set up knows how many shots they get from say a 68/4500 (I use a 72/4500, but those are less common).

Use this formula-

10 shots/ Cubic Inch (tank capacity) when it's a 3000 tank.
15 shots/ Cubic Inch (tank capacity) when it's a 4500 tank.

^^paint-to-barrel match you have and how gas effiecint the barrel is (ie: #of porting holes)
