    Flatline Leaking Problem

    Hey guys,
I just bought a used 68/3000psi. flatline, i have a problem. The brass(i guess it's brass) part on the top of the reg is leaking nitrogen. Out of the two small holes on each side. What should i do? It is not leaking from the threads but out of the 2 small holes. Please Help!!

i had the same problem, turn the tank off, unscrew that part, and the big oring around the neck of the part you just unscrewed is probably cut or worn out. after i changed that on mine, it stop leaking and worked perfectly.

The part you are describing is the blow off disc. If this is venting air, then the blow off disc burst and it needs to be replace. Call AGD for a replacement burst disc for your Flatline. You can also get them from the online store.

AGD uses a blow-off disc/nut assembly, so you need to get it from AGD. Some other tanks use the same setup, but others use a disk held in by a set screw.

yeah i noticed the change in the burst disk. Black, i orderd another burst disk for my 3000psi flatline, but the paper said its rated for 5000psi. did i get sent the correct burst disc for the 3000psi?

thanks black, learn something new very day, as they say...

darn AGD, making only AGD parts fit...thats no good when you are at a tournament...so theres NO way to get a regular one in? Yar!

anyways, no, 5k is correct. you should have a 1.8k for hte output, 5k for input on a 3k tank, and 7.5k on a 4.5k tank
