add on to emag make it a X-mag

I sweet emag mag and I was just wondering if they are going to make a addon piece so we can make and emag and X-MAG?

You can make it LOOK like an x-mag, but, you wont have the ACE. All you can really replace is the body, and, eventually, the valve. to add the ACE, as cphilip pointed out in another thread, you will need a new body rail. So, to "upgrade" all you'll be left with is the battery pack. Its definitely worth either buying an x-mag outright, or staying with the emag.

i think the XMag body has a built in rail(similar to the PTP and SFL) so the rail goes away when up upgrade to the XBody. you would need to, though, replace the grip frame to make it a full XMag.

so, basicly, the XMag has: a new board, new valve(XValve..aluminum...same workings as a RT), new body and rail, new grip frame, new barrel type

leaving you with your old trigger and battery pack?

Lol...just looked at it...youre right. The trigger kinda goes into the body...so, trigger frame remains the same. I think...havent taken it apart yet.

i dont know if this is what you maen..im not that much of a mag expert to know, but anyhow the agd europe store has "xmag upgrade" bodies. its the body of an xmag only. maybe it would only be compatible with non-electro grip frames...allowing you a sweet looking mechanical mag only.

i think, now, just the RT pro, but yes, all mags should soon by XMag compatable

You can ask AGD (at least AGD-E) to convert your Emag to a fully working Emag C&C (with ACE and so on). That's what I did, and how I got my Emag C&C.

but unfortunately, AGDE doesn't ship to the US
