Different ways to move up foregrip (besides KAPP)?

Are there any other ways besides the KAPP foregrip extender to move the foregrip farther away from the trigger guard? Like a body rail or something. The KAPP foregrip extender is a little too drastic for my taste. Its also hard to get.

if you have an emag body, im pretty sure you can use an emag body rail,

than205 here on ao made custom foregrip extenders at one time, they werent even half as big as the kapp, but i dont think he makes them anymore..
