    Classic Problems

ok sorry about the vague subject!
But my automag just wont shoot!

My auto mag uses air and has a 3000 pmi aluminum tank.
    I use steel lines
    i also use a pmi co2 chamber.
i have a stock trigger and body.
    i have no other upgrades
    no lvl 10
    no retro valve

at this exact moment my gun is lying in pieces on the ground!

A while ago i posted saying that my gun was leaking out of the back. I put in a regulator seat like u said.(i had a friend help me. he also has a classic)
Next we oiled it and put it back together.
When we screwed in the tank, the trigger never got pressure.
it was like the gun never cocked.
I took it apart and put it back together. but it still didnt work. help! i need it working before we go to Ocala FL

Ps i can post pictures if u need them.

    a couple tests to preform

    1) set it up again. try it.
    IF it doenst gas up
    2) unscrew hose from the gun(right where the hose screws into the valve) and SLOWLY screw your tank into the ASA
IF you get gas out the hose, you know the problem is in the valve
IF NOT, then take off the ASA and slowly screw the tank into that. if no air comes out then you know you have a problem in the Tank. if air DOES come out, then you have a block in the air line...prolly some teflon tape stuck up in the SS hose

back to the screwed up valve idea
    a few things to check
    a) check the on-off pin and orings. make sure it slides freely
    b) check the on-off pin length. make sure its not too too long
    c) check the reg seat
    d) um...some else want to chime in here?!?

Make sure the on-off is assembled correctly, as far as the order of O-rings, etc. THere's a diagram on the side of the valve.

Make sure the power-tube is assemble correctly. Should be o-ring, pt spacer/spring, pt tip.
I'm way too old for this ****.

Also, if you disassembled everything, you're going to have to screw the velocity nut into the back of the valve. When you reassembled it you may not have put it in far enough to pressurize the marker.

          SWEET! THANKS

You guys were the biggest help!
          Thanks
It turned out that the velocity was too low.
I still have to check it the co2 chamber was clogged but i doubt it. I had it hooked directly to the valve.

I guess my gun and his gun have different adjustments.(or his works on real low velocity)i set my velocity so it looked like his.

but anyway thanks alot you have been all been a great help
hope to see u in ocala FL next weekend!!
