    the Angle

so what does everyone think of the angle? i am looking at a new gun and i am trying to decide between a WGP Orracle an angle ir3 or lcd and an emag. please give me your opinions on all of the guns that you have tried adn your toughts on which would be the best gun. i am looking for something that is light and has a smooth action and a light trigget pull.

    thanks all.

i had a PTP Emag. i loved it. i put a LX in and the only thing i disliked disapeared: chopping. the trigger is sweet as can be and i couldnt have been happier with it. im now getting the new XMag...the aluminum body emag. amazing gun from what everyone says

as for the angel, they are great guns. why do i shoot a EMag over a LCD or IR3? i just dont like the trigger on them as much. i have two teammates with LEDs and they dont like my trigger at all, and i hate their triggers

i would recommend trying out both guns. i wouldnt want my teammates angels, they wouldnt want my emag. thats just the personalilty really. they are both fantastic guns and you just need to determine for yourself which is better for you....not me

sure, man. just go to the field, and then ask to dry fire an angel, a emag and whatever oter guns they have you might like. i bet youll like the emag, its a great gun, but you may like another gun. i know that i liked the emag when i first fired it

how do the triggers compare? what about the trigger to say a cocker with a swing trigger?

          thanks

the emag and angel will both have much shorter and easier triggers...they can be set to less than one milimeter.

the emag trigger though, is magnetic, not spring loaded, so it has a very different feel than any other gun out there.....

Its definatly preferance. I have an Angel and i love it. But I have and RT Pro and i love it as well. can't imagine what the emag feels like. but like kevmaster said go to a field and try it out. You might like the way a gun sits in your hand better than the other, not to mention the trigger feel. The mag and angel are both awsome guns mag is cheaper though.

I went with the E-mag!! I have shot many electros and I love the E-mag!! If you are looking for something that operates like the Angel, I would go with the Viking!! Personaly, I do not care for Angels, many people have them out here, and have shot many variations of it, including the Ir3s, Adrenalins, Darks, etc...!! The best way is to shoot the guns you are thinking about, and deciding from there!!

                    ohhhhh the choices...

Like many have already told you--go to your local field and fire the markers that are your possible choices. I will tell you that the E-MAG with its manual mode is very handy (I decided that it was not necessary to charge my battery before a tournament on Sunday---big mistake!!My batteries went--but I stayed in the game because of the simple flick of a switch!)Also, you will notice that the E-MAG--unless you buy an X-MAG are rather heavy when compared to other electros. However, this does not bother me at all-everyone on my team complains about its weight--but trust me--you'll get used to it, should you choose the E-MAG. Well, I hope that helps you, and have fun choosing your new marker!

thanks all this is helping a lot. i think i am going to try to fire off a few rounds from each if i can find them at the fields. most of the guys thank shoot angles are just snotty rich kids and they just look at you stupid when you ask them about thier gun. i have shot the new GX-4 and i loved it. for the trigger how quiet it was and how smooth it felt when shooting. BTW i have never heard of a viking what is that? can someone send me a link to a site that has one?

                      thanks all,

that is the exact reason I never consider an angel. most people that have them think they are better than everyone else.

the viking is made by AKA www.akalmp.com

it is a similar design to the bushy, imp, em-1, tribal, angel, etc..

although i own an angel i take no offense to that. The field i got to is usualy rentals but if someone does come with an angel they do tend to have their noses in the air. I hope no one takes offense to that but unfortunatly its true, in some cases. you would think, you know, same gun, a little brotherhood, but it doesn't work like that.

                            I did say "most"

there is a guy at our field that has an IR3, he lets people try it out all the time. really nice guy, but as you said, that is not the norm.
