LVLX N2 efficiency

i just installed my new lvlx and it seems that it is using a lot more airthan the standard bolt was. i think i got like 300 shots on my 47ci 3k psi tank. i was getting about 400 to 500 on my old bolt. is this common or do i have a leak somewhere that i just cant hear. i only had about 5 missifres and i cant hear any leaks. other than that i was using the same paint and the samd barrel setup that i was with the old bolt..

The LX setup will use more air (About 5-10%) than the Level 7 bolts did. Unless you hear the leak somewhere, it's working just fine.

My suggestion- get a bigger tank.

two ways

1) switch back to the lvl 7 bolt.

2) blow really hard into the tank.

I just installed LX and I'm getting the same problem.

500 shots out of a 68/3000 tank that was being filled to 2700.

Is there a 'more effeicent' setup for LX then some others.

I was also getting some bolt stick.

How to increase efficiency of LVL 10:

-Use the loosest carrier o-ring setup that doesn't leak.

-Use the shortest spring possible that doesn't break/chop the paint you use.

-Of course, for all setups, use a barrel with minimum porting and a good paint to barrel fit.
