can anyone tell what they are and what there used for and are they beneficial to have on a mag with a retro valve....thanx

a Palmer Stabilizer is a High Pressure Regulator. It takes an input pressure and turns it down to any level you desier. in your case, with a RT valve, you have a regulator in the gun: the RT Valve. it would be overkill to place a PPS Stabilizer on the RT. in fact, it could cause jam ups in the air line and starve your gun.
however, for most other guns that do not have internal regulators, the PPS Stab is a great upgrade. it is very consistant and recharges insanely quick. also, for those CO2 users out there, it blocks liquid better than any other.
