    Level 10 or ACE?

if this was already done i'm sorry. but this is how i see it. level 10 been out for awhile now, more people use it, so more fresher results.

anyways.which ones do you guys/girls perfer? level 10 or ACE?

i'm kinda staying away from the level 10 as it holds EXCESSIVE amount of gas that i could use in a game.
    "so get a 4500psi tank."
i have one, i got a 4500 tank to get more shots out of it. but with level 10 i'm back down to 3000psi (well 3500 psi).
also, i'm only scenario guy, so i fill with scuba tanks mostly.

but with ACE it doesn't vent air or anything orhold gas and whatnot. and if it functions PROPERLY, would it just be the same as level 10 WITHOUT the whole gas odeal?
i'm not flaming level 10, i think the idea is very awesome, but i'm debating if i even want to sacrifice 1000psi(3 of my teammate's gun stop working with level10 around 1000psi in the tank).

what about when your ace gets dirty or your battery dies? I choose the level 10.(also less recoil). It's not THAT bad, when set-up properly you would only get like a 5-10% drop.

I've got a regular EMag so ACE is not an easy (cheap) option yet, but here's a thought...

Haven't been to a scenario game but I'm guessing that they don't use the really brittle "tournament grade" paint. If that's the case, you could use have the L10 set up not-so-gentle but good enough to get the job done. With say the softest main spring. Then your required input pressure would drop and you'd gain back a few hundred usable psi.

I love the level 10 though, I slid into a bunker once and my hopper came off. I went back and grabbed it and there was a dandilion up in the feed neck. I just stuck it back on and started firing. It pinched a few times, then dandilion came out, and then the balls started feeding again. Before the level 10, I'd have had a serious mess on my hands.

ACE won't slow down the bolt = Bad for Brittle Paint.

I vote level 10. With level 10 chops are next to none and its also easy on brittle paint. ACE will also help stop chops but needs to be adjusted for diffrent color paints, and the more electrical parts you have the more chances for problems.

correct me if i am wrong(and i may very well be)but just like brass eagle and the optically activated feed system(think viewloader), i believe bob long holds the pattent on any optically activated anti-chop system(as in the 'Anti-Chop Eye'). so the question of an 'ace' in a mag is not only piontless but the very reason that tom had to invent a mechanical anti-chop system instead of just throwing an optical system into the e-mag.

WDP has a COPS which is a rod that goes slightly into the breech and senses for a paintball...its non optical also.

I'm not sure if I'm not reading this wrong or not but it must not be that pointless if ACE is in the X-Mag.
