Bolt stick or LX problem on RT?

After some running in time, my LX RT has started to go a bit squify.
Sometimes when I pull the trigger, nothing happens, then it starts to leak down the barrel, this speeds up then it re-cocks. It will then, usually, fire. The problem is more noticeable with lower input preassure. If I hold the trigger back, it pretty much stops.
I was told, when AGDE fitted the LX that the o-ring on the carrier will wear in, and then will need to go up a carrier size, with the same o-ring.
    Any ideas?
    Cheers

you got it backwards, when the o'ring breaks in, you go one size smaller of a carrier, not one size bigger.

        Cheers.
I think it has happened at 800 psi, but having said that and reading the LX probs thread, it may have something to do with velocity, as I have turned it down a couple of times, while dry firing as it sounded hot. I shall have to wait until my neighbours wake up before attempting any practical problem solving. Could it be that I need a tighter carrier? Also, am I to understand that the o-ring I swap is on the inside of the carrier, not the outside?

Yes, turning down the velocity is probably the problem. Also, level 10 sounds "hotter" than level 7 at the same velocity. You need a chrono. And yes, it is the white oring on the inside, not the black one on the outside. However, I wouldn't change carriers until after I chrono it. You probably just need to turn it up.
