    Its pretty easy, or easy for me to say, I have totally stripped it down in a number of ocassions. Just get a small nail and hammer and jus pop it out. I would totally dissaemble it if I was going to powder coat it.

            it is either or, but which ever side it comes out easier is the one :-)
