Can a 68 Automag valve with a Diamond Labs Reg. half be used in the Go Retro! program?

i would say no. Im pretty sure they need matching halves to trade in, you dont have the stock back reg?

No, both halves of the valve have to be AGD, and have to have matching numbers!! If you can find your stock reg, no matter it's condition, you can trade it in!!

indeed. you must trade in the stock AGD valve and the serial numbers on the valve back and the valve front must match. otherwise AGD will ship it right back to ya

Damn, that's what I thought. I got the valve used with a gun so I don't have the reg half. Anyone want to trade a valve with the DL reg half plus cash for a classic valve with matching serial numbers?

I could trade my four star minimag valve in but I wanted to keep that.

i think your best idea would be to put that valve setup(AGD front, DL back) on Ebay and sell it. then youll get $50-70...then purchase the whole XValve...meaning you lose like 30-50 on the deal because you had a DL valve...but i think thats your best bet

Problem solved. I made a deal to trade my powder coated black PF HR minimag body and the valve with DL reg half for a PF HL body and a valve with matching serial numbers. I shoot lefty so it's pretty much a win win situation.
